Surroundings The surroundings are neat and clean and close to the main road (highway) , Rapido may easily get there from Lucknow Station in Rs 200 and Rs 250. Room During our two-day stay in mid-April 26. we discovered a cosy, pleasant room with a bathroom that was kept up nicely by the hotel. The room has a minibar and an electric kettle. Staff Hotel Staff – The front desk and housekeeping are humble and polite. Food was fantastic. Restaurant staff is eager to serve you nicely. We had all of our meals-Bhartiye Style food in Hotel Restaurant. Chef Sonu is very polite and humble with great hand in preparing tasty food. My niece is coffee fan and she had one of the best cold coffee in the restaurant. ~ s v

First of all a big thank you to entire staff for bringing back smile on my daughter’s face. After 10 long months of monotonous life inside the home, it was a much needed break and she enjoyed it to the fullest. A special thanks to miss Reeshi , Sonu And Srishti for taking good care of our appetite. They were very polite and always ready to satisfy our cravings for food and desserts. Now coming to the stay, we had peaceful, refreshing and joyful stay for 4 nights. Pros: 1. All safety measures like sanitization, social distancing, face coverings, etc. were followed. Entire staff was wearing the mask at all the times. 2. Good location 3. Room was neat and clean. 4. All amenities like refrigerator, safety locker, electric kettle, iron and ironing board were provided and working properly. 5. Food was tasty and delicious. *Excellent housekeeping staff.good clean room* We stayed in this hotel our special occasion.we were amazed to see such an active housekeeping staff like Anuj at housekeeping supervisor if Iam remembering his name correctly as he made sure and ensure that all of our needs were met on time and attended professional ly. We have seen Mr Sharad Kumar the house keeping manager making sure attend us we we requested for some extra amenities and toiletries for some particular need.he extended his courteous gesture and visited us and we liked to see such a courteous staff.we as family liked the way he helped us and will certainly recommend this hotel to our others friends and relatives. ~ RK S

Hotel is very nicely built, very good ambience, super helpful and responsive staff. Overall very nice accommodation. Moreover, the food was really awesome. Honestly, it was the best food I have ever eaten in a Hotel restaurant. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days and for each meal we visited the hotel restaurant itself. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Chefs were very attentive and checked in with our table during every meal to see if it everything was good. Huge shoutout to Chef Sonu Kumar Shukla who made our meals truly special. In a week ago I visited this Hotel.. This Hotel is Very Spacious For family function & Stay Purpose.. I really Loved their Hospitality Comfy & Spacious Rooms , fast Services, polite staffs and Delicious food.. .. I tried so many dishes here which I loved most is Mutton Dohra kebab ,Murg Afgani & Bukhara Dal and for sweet tooth lovers do try their special Matka Gulabari 😍 They also have multiple banquets hall for wedding & Family Functions along with Corporate events ,Social events ... .. It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 15-20 minutes distance from the Phoenix Mall. I was there for a two day’s conference. Spacious well appointed rooms. Wifi is available in the rooms and in conference room as well. Breakfast has varities like Indian, continental, etc. Staff is friendly and courteous. Their restaurant offers good eats and is reasonable. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed my weekend alot. I will definitely stay there again. ~ anuj k

The Elite hotel in Lucknow is located near Budheshwar Crossing. It is located on the Main Road. It is very spacious and has facility of organising function like Marriage, Anniversary or any other program. Rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. View from the hotel is also very good. Food items are also very good and tasty. Facility of Breakfast, Lunch and dinner are also available here. Parking facility is also available. ~ Gourav S

I booked this hotel for my wedding and I can without any doubt say that its best choice I went with. The staff was incredibly awesome and helpful. I had around 100 to 150 people gathered for 2 days and there was no minor inconvenience to any of the guest. The service, the rooms, the decoration and food, every single thing was on point.
